we've crafted the following comprehensive ride cancellation policy
Passengers may cancel free of charge if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip or within the first 15 minutes after booking.
Beyond the free cancellation window, passengers will incur the full ride amount if they choose to cancel.
Ride hosts have the flexibility to cancel without penalties under the following circumstances:
Outside the free cancellation window, ride hosts will be subject to a penalty of 100 EGP if they choose to cancel.
