At Seaats, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable carpooling experience.
Our refund policy is designed to address various scenarios and ensure fairness to both passengers and ride hosts.

Cancelled Rides

If your ride has been cancelled, or if you have cancelled a ride, you may be eligible for a refund. Please review our cancellation policy for detailed information.

Completed Rides

Refunds are generally not issued for rides that have been successfully completed. However, exceptions may be considered under extraordinary circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you have an extraordinary circumstance warranting a refund after a completed ride, please contact our support team at support@seaats.app. Our team will review your case and assess whether a refund is appropriate.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the user's in-app wallet as Seaats credits. These credits can be used for future rides. If a user wishes, they may be refunded to their original payment method. Please contact us via our in-app chat support, or via email at support@seaats.app to make such a request.
